What started around backyard grills and smokers turned into a mission to create BBQ sauces and seasonings that actually enhance the meat instead of covering it up.

Barracks BBQ was founded by U.S. Army veterans Tony Kamps and Chase Baker, two Army brothers who turned a shared love of barbecue into a Wisconsin BBQ brand.
What started around backyard smokers grew into developing our own sauces and seasonings, working with professional food manufacturers, competing against BBQ brands from across the country, and getting Barracks BBQ onto the shelves of Wisconsin retailers and into local restaurants.
We still approach the company the same way we approached our time in the Army: take care of the people around you, adapt when things don't go according to plan, and take responsibility for the end result.
