Returns & Refunds We want you 100% satisfied with your Barracks BBQ order. Here’s our straightforward policy:

  1. 30-Day Return Window You may return any unopened, unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping charges).
  2. Condition Requirements
    • Products must be unopened, in original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • Food safety regulations prevent us from accepting opened or partially used items.
  3. Customer Pays Return Shipping You are responsible for return shipping costs and choosing a trackable method. We recommend using insurance for the full value.
  4. Defective or Damaged Items If your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge (including shipping both ways). Just send a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery to info@barracksbbq.com.
  5. How to Return Email info@barracksbbq.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and address. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
