We ship nationwide from Wisconsin — straight from the barracks to your grill.

| Order Processing | Orders placed before 12 PM CST Monday–Friday ship the same day. Orders after 12 PM ship next business day. |
| Shipping Carriers | USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery — whichever gets it to you fastest and safest. |

Orders under $30 → calculated at checkout (real-time rates, usually $7–$12 depending on weight/location) FREE SHIPPING on orders $30+for sauces and bundles only. Merchandise is excluded from free shipping |
| Delivery Times | 2–5 business days (most lower-48 states) Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO may take 7–14 days |
| Order Tracking | You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Check your email or account page. |
| Signature Requirement | Required on orders over $200 for security (or we’ll leave at your request). |
| Extreme Weather | During heat waves or deep freezes, we may add ice packs or delay shipping 1 day to protect your sauces. |
| Military & APO/FPO | We proudly ship to all APO/FPO addresses. Thank you for your service. |
| International Shipping | Not available at launch — coming 2026. |

- We’re not responsible for carrier delays, but we’ll fight for you if anything goes sideways.
- All bottles are packed with care (bubble wrap + sturdy boxes) to survive the journey.
